
Business Development Senior Manager
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the Business Development team to achieve the company's revenue targets and revenue growth objectives. You will develop strategic plans based on company goals that will promote revenues growth and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Senior Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the Business Development department by providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to meet and exceed individual and team performance objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare and present revenues forecasts, reports, and budgets to top management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt business development strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company and market offerings and competition to identify business opportunities.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
- 7 Years Experience in factoring or other financial services is a plus.
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Financial Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
