
Investment Relations Analyst
Job Purpose:
To establish, maintain, and enhance transparent communication between the company, investors, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. The Investor Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring full compliance with disclosure requirements set by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), while promoting investor confidence and protecting the company’s reputation in the capital market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Communication
Prepare and submit all periodic and immediate disclosures to the FRA and EGX in accordance with applicable laws and listing rules.
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries or information requests from regulatory authorities.
Ensure full compliance with disclosure and transparency regulations as per Law No. 159 of 1981 and its Executive Regulations.
2. Investor & Shareholder Relations
Maintain an updated database of shareholders and investors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor and shareholder inquiries.
Organize and attend shareholders’ meetings and general assemblies.
Monitor investor sentiment and provide regular feedback to senior management.
3. Disclosure & Transparency
Oversee the publication of press releases, announcements, and financial results on both the company’s website and the EGX portal.
Coordinate the preparation and timely dissemination of financial statements and annual reports.
Ensure all public information accurately reflects the company’s financial and operational performance.
4. Reporting & Presentations
Prepare investor presentations, factsheets, and performance summaries for analysts and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Corporate Governance Departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Support the Board and executive management in communicating strategic updates to the market.
5. Market Monitoring
Track stock performance, trading trends, and media coverage related to the company and the factoring sector.
Provide management with regular market intelligence and peer analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Postgraduate studies (MBA, CFA, or FRA-certified corporate governance/investor relations program) are preferred.
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Reporting, Or Other Related Experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Strong understanding of FRA and EGX disclosure requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Internal & External Relations:
Internal: Finance, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Legal, and Internal Audit Departments.
External: FRA, EGX, shareholders, investors, financial analysts, and auditors.
Regulatory Obligations:
Ensure full compliance with FRA decisions, EGX listing and disclosure rules, and the company’s internal governance framework.
Guarantee that all financial reports, annual statements, and material disclosures are published within statutory deadlines.
Support the company’s continuous commitment to transparency and fair market conduct.
