Job Purpose: 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence. 

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, memos, and presentations when needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks when required.

Welcome visitors and ensure a professional reception environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
