
Sales Operations Specialist (Factoring Operations)
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing documentations for any new transaction with clients.
- Collection of documentation from clients
- Triggering and reviewing new contracts for any new transaction with clients
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally (relevant Dep).
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- 3 years’ experience with Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel & Word).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics (sales reports, sales records).
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
KPIs:
- Number of contracts completed perfectly.
- Number of completed clients’ files.
- Develop sales reports on time.
